What MOTUS collects
MOTUS collects your name, email, phone number, date of birth, gym affiliation, competition results and waiver acknowledgement when you provide them through your account or registration.
Why we collect it
These details are used to manage accounts, contact participants, organise registration and heats, record waiver acknowledgement, check eligibility and display competition results.
Who can see it
You can view your own account information. MOTUS admins can access information needed to run Movement Club. Authorised season staff can access participant information for their season, and assigned judges can access information needed for their heats. Contact details, dates of birth and waivers are not part of public leaderboards.
Named results are public
Results with athlete names are published on the website when MOTUS makes them public. Historical season pages may also show named results. Public pages can be viewed, shared or copied by others.
How long information is kept
A retention period has not yet been finalised. MOTUS must confirm how long account, contact, date-of-birth, gym, results and waiver records are kept before this notice is legally approved. Historical results may remain in the season archive; the final retention policy is pending legal review.
Corrections and removal requests
To request a correction or removal of your details or your name from published results, email MOTUS using the address below. Include the season and result concerned. MOTUS may need to confirm your identity and review any record-keeping obligations before responding; removal cannot be guaranteed by this draft notice.
Season 4 updates list
When you ask for updates, MOTUS stores your name, email, optional gym, the consent wording you agreed to, signup time and source page. We use this list to share Season 4 and Movement Club event updates. Only MOTUS admins can view or manage it; it is not published. The retention period is pending legal review and must be confirmed before emails are sent. You may request removal at any time by emailing info@motuscayman.com. No emails are sent by this signup form.
